Communication as seen on some new pictures on website are an important part of the game.  Continually being available to coaches is a great asset to a successfully officiated game.  How you interact with  EACH coach makes our job much easier with short answers, good listening skills - being a people person, enjoying each moment of the game and having a soft, gentle, controlled DEMEANOR.   A solid SIGNAL package each game shows confidence and decisiveness.  Keep working on our craft and enjoy the JOURNEY -  Sultan

Some Summer observations/strengths = improving judgment, willingness to listen to observer, willingness to attend camps, willingness to self critique
Improvement areas = developing bad habits with signals, mechanics and  positioning, rotations, dead ball situations.

WHAT'S THE CALL???  - Official stops play for team B (Team B coach asks for time out} after made basket by team A.  Non-calling official comes toward calling official blowing his whistle telling him Team B was preparing to make throw in!! How do we handle this????
